Following the
Management's vision of "Making the Impossible, Possible" the Warehousing Unit in Kuwait has aligned its strategy since June
2004 to accomplish the following:

Create a client focused
operation working on the principles of Quality and Accountability.

Empower the employees
to be part of the decision making process.

Make "Continuous Improvement"
a way of life.
The Unit's structure
has been realigned to meet these objectives by creating the following sections:

Account Management &
Client Services: Traditionally the Account Handlers were responsible for the daily operations of the clients. Today
we have Client Service Representatives ensuring the client gets "What he wants when he wants it".

Quality Control: Responsible
for setting the standards and ensuring compliance with the IMS whilst adhering to Industry Best Practices.

Continuous Improvement: Focusing
on the constructive step by step improvement of every work aspect.

I-Team: The Improvement
Team is a Tactical team focusing on solving operational setbacks and finding innovative solutions to optimize
the resource utilization, productivity and cost efficiencies.

Asset Management: Responsible
for ensuring that assets are utilized to the optimum through strategic placement, first rate maintenance, security, safety
and cost control.

Administration: Employee
focused team following up on all administrative issues and ensuring that the employees focus on their daily tasks.
The Warehousing Unit is
rapidly moving towards the vision thanks to the dedication and hard work of all its employees and their Team spirit.
By monitoring everyone's performance and helping them improve on their shortfalls, we will ensure that the year 2005
will be the spring board for the Unit to achieve new heights.

Current Services provides a wide variety of storage facilities for various products, content and services around the
world. We use technology and innovation as a common language to "interface" localized content and services with customers.
I believe this is one of the reasons why PWC is widely accepted in many countries, each with its own unique culture and customs.

To continue to review, revise, refine, and implement measures that improve
any or all of our processes so that our quality standards surpass the quality requirements of our customers. The improvement
of our processes and the subsequent continual improvement of our quality standards are for the benefit of our customers business,
the security and safety of our employees and those of our customers, and the benefit and protection of the company's profits.
We commit to the continual improvement process and the ongoing commitment of improved standards.
We
are now living in a time when networks and other new technologies instantly transmit all kinds of information throughout the
world. But at the same time, the transmission and understanding of culture still require extensive time and effort. In today's
global society, I believe it is increasingly important for corporations to take responsibility for their own actions and properly
communicate their endeavors to a multitude of stakeholders.
